BAT-studies

The Flemish BAT-studies give an overview and a description of the environmentally and energy friendly measures in different industrial sectors. They select the Best Available Techniques (BAT). The studies contain recommendations for the environmental permit conditions and regulation (VLAREM), ecology premium and further research. Studies are established in a process where both the industry and the government are involved.

The table below gives you an overview of the finished Flemish BAT-studies, those who are currently in preparation or those who are being revised.

If you have any questions about a certain study, please send an email to the BAT-helpdesk.

The full reports are only available in Dutch.
