The planned BAT (Best Available Techniques) study on mobile electricity production units is being transformed into a Code of Good Practice (CoGP). This approach offers more flexibility for developing practical guidelines from an end-user perspective and facilitates a realistic transition to more sustainable solutions across different contexts and applications.
Additionally, the title is being changed to "Code of Good Practice for temporary mobile electricity supply", which encompasses all relevant technologies and shifts the focus from the specific means (generator) to the goal (reliable, temporary energy supply).
