The presentation of the results of the sustainability assessment is an important aspect of the assessment process as misinterpretation of the results can lead to wrong conclusions and therefore wrong decisions.
The challenge is to present the outcomes in an effective, yet comprehensive and transparent way in order to communicate the right information in the right way. For that purpose, results of the B-SAT tool are presented not only as the aggregated single outcome, but also for each indicator and life cycle stage separately.
Results are given in a numerical as well as graphical way as visualisation often allows for an easier and quicker understanding of the assessment outcome. Furthermore, every indicator result is accompanied with an estimation of the uncertainty and a short notification on how results should be interpreted.
