Job description

• As an O&M Engineer - Renewables you’ll be ooverseeing daily operations of renewable energy installations using a monitoring system to optimize production and ensure high technical availability.
• You will take charge of organizing and managing on-site O&M interventions, ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety protocols.
• You will be reporting technical faults in a timely and accurate manner, closely monitoring and tracking downtime to minimize disruptions, and effectively coordinating with third-party maintenance providers.
• As an O&M Engineer – Renewables you maintain strong supplier relationships and provide cross-departmental technical support, collaborating with procurement, development, construction, and legal teams.
• You’ll supervise and coordinate all phases of O&M projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and resource management, and you’ll negotiate with site owners, grid operators, and suppliers to facilitate the progress.
• As an O&M Engineer – Renewables you will play a critical role in overseeing strategic investment decisions related to renewable energy assets, ensuring their alignment with organizational goals, and managing the comprehensive execution and monitoring of Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA) to optimize operational efficiency and performance.

Your profile

• You have a Master degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc.) or equivalent level of education.
• You have relevant experience in O&M management, preferably in renewable energy, industrial plants, industrial gasses, large production sites, etc.
• You possess exceptional coordinating skills, enabling you to effectively manage and align all parties involved, and ensuring smooth execution of the tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of English, and able to communicate in French or/and Dutch.
• You are communicative, have a positive mindset and can take initiative.
