Job description

• As a HV Systems Engineer - Offshore Wind you’ll be delivering technical support during the design, development, and construction of offshore wind projects, specifically for substations and HV cables.
• You’ll be managing the contractual interfaces between the substation, cable supply, and installation contracts.
• You’ll be following up on fabrication and construction works, ensuring quality and product specifications during production and installation phases.
• You’ll be defining and calculating major components of the electrical infrastructure, and participate in design reviews to ensure feasibility and compliance with the necessary requirements.
• You’ll be following up on tenders for the electrical infrastructure, review contractor documents, and ensure the designs meet the grid requirements.
• As a HV Systems Engineer - Offshore Wind you’ll be assisting in discussions with the TSO on grid compliance, and you’ll be responsible for the overall coordination between all parties involved.

Your profile

• You have a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• You have preferably relevant experience in utility-scale energy projects.
• Technical and practical knowledge of High Voltage Systems is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge English (spoken and written) is a must.
• You are able to manage your own workload and have a hands-on mentality.
• Willing to travel within Europe and abroad.
