Job description

• As a Finance Project Manager you’ll be managing the entire lifecycle of project finance activities, from initial strategy formulation to final financial closure, for large & complex renewable energy projects (Wind, Hydrogen, Solar, …).
• You will be responsible for assessing the financial viability of the projects by preparing detailed financial models that project the financial performance, conducting thorough risk assessments, and compiling due diligence materials to ensure all financial aspects are thoroughly vetted.
• As a Finance Project Manager you create detailed project finance strategies for both ongoing and new projects, you’ll be outlining how the projects will be financed, including the sources of funding and the financial structure.
• You build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and other financing partners to secure project funding for these renewable energy projects.
• As a Finance Project Manager you’ll comply with relevant financial regulations and standards, and monitor existing project finance contracts and their associated obligations.

Your profile

• You obtained a Master Degree in Finance, Economics, Legal, Business Administration or equivalent by experience.
• You have relevant expertise with project finance, preferably with regards to large and complex renewable energy or utility-scale projects.
• Experience with or the ability to develop and implement a project finance strategy.
• Excellent financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Solid communication and interpersonal qualities.
