The final draft of the revised BREF SF (Smitheries and Foundries Industry) has been made publicly available by the European IPPC Bureau via https://eippcb.jrc.ec.europa.eu/reference/smitheries-and-foundries-industry. At the Article 13 Forum meeting (29-30/04/2024), advice will be provided on the proposed content of this BREF and the BAT conclusions. The European Commission will take this advice into account when establishing the BAT conclusions.
