Job description

• As a Tender Engineer you’ll take on multidisciplinary and complex tenders, and will be laying the foundations for successful offshore wind farm projects.
• You’ll define technical, logistical and commercial solutions for construction and installation scopes of offshore wind projects.
• As a Tender Engineer you will organize and lead the tendering process in the right direction from the invitation to tender, to submission and to contract award.
• As an Tender Engineer you’ll deliver accurate, transparent and competitive budgets and provide project specific contract schedules for the construction scope and time schedules for the project execution phase.
• As a Tender Engineer you’ll lead multidisciplinary teams and be responsible for the coordination with other departments in order to get to the best and most competitive proposal.

Your profile

• You obtained a Master Degree, a Bachelor Degree or equivalent by experience.  
• You have 5 years of relevant expertise with tendering or project management, preferably with regards to large infrastructure or utility-scale projects.
• Experience in renewable energy, preferably in Offshore Wind is a plus.
• Proven experience with stakeholder management.
• Strong communication, presentation and social skills.
• You have an excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken.
