Job description

• As a Strategic Investment Officer you will play a key role in identifying and establishing new strategic partnerships, driving transaction processes and supporting the company’s growth strategy.
• You’ll be contributing with strategic decision-making on a corporate level. This involves cross-industry collaborations, international partnerships, and large-scale corporate transactions.
• As a Strategic Investment Officer you will be managing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and partnerships. The goal is to form alliances and secure deals that enhance the company's market position or operational capabilities.
• You’ll oversee all phases of transactions, from opportunity sourcing to transaction document negotiation, execution, and closing; in collaboration with the in-house legal department to ensure compliance with corporate goals.
• As a Strategic Investment Officer you’ll represent the company in interactions and negotiations with external parties, and participate in industry events to expand your network and enhance the company's presence in the market.

Your profile

• You obtained a Master Degree in Finance, Legal, Business Administration, or equivalent by experience.
• You have relevant expertise with Strategic Acquisitions, Business Mergers, Corporate Finance & Expansion, Strategic Consulting, Business Development, etc.
• Experience in the Renewable Energy sector is a plus.
• Proven experience with stakeholder management.
• Solid communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
