Operations Manager Wind

For our client, active in renewable energy, JLE-Solutions is looking for an Operation Manager who will be responsible for the follow-up of on-shore wind farms:

Job description

• Technical follow-up and monitoring of on-shore Wind farms
• You work includes maintenance and production coordination
• Support several electrical issues within the different departments (high-voltage, connections,..)
• You deal with tasks such as:

o    Production optimization

o    Coordination of technical supervision of windfarms and supplier management

o    contacts with local administrations/authorities, distribution system operator, local landowners,..

• analysing the production data and ensure the connections of the wind farms
• You are strongly IT minded and are keen on data analysis
• You work in collaboration with internal & external colleagues
• You work on the financial aspect: preparation & follow-up of the budgets
• Maintain good relationships with the suppliers

Your Profile

• Electrical/Electromechanical  Engineering degree or equivalent in experience
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience, preferably within electrical or energy domain
• Native French speaker, good knowledge of English and Dutch
• Driver’s  license  B
• Good IT skills: Excel, Access, data analysis, telecom, network
• Affinity with sustainability and durability
• Organized and eye for detail
• Good team player and creative and solution minded
• No fear of heights
