Job description

• As a Community Manager you’ll engage in strategic discussions, consultations, and bid preparations to ensure citizen involvement in renewable wind tenders.
• You’ll support renewable wind projects through all development phases, working closely with the project team, finance, commercial managers, PPA team, and bid managers.
• As a Community Manager you’ll develop and implement an optimal setup to meet tender requirements for renewable wind projects and maintain involvement during the development, construction, and operational phases of the project.
• You’ll draft the community engagement plan for inclusion in bids for wind tenders,  collaborate with legal and finance to develop project structures and the necessary contracts.
• As a Community Manager you’ll work closely with communication experts to create a plan that engages as many stakeholders as possible, and you’ll build long-term relationships and liaise with public authorities, partners, and other stakeholders.

Your profile

• You obtained a Master Degree in Social Sciences, Economy, Renewable Energy, or equivalent by experience.
• You have relevant expertise with Project Management, Tender Management, Business Development, Stakeholder Management, etc.
• Preferably you have experience in the Renewable Energy sector.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of French is a plus.  
• Solid communication, negotiation and people skills.
