AECOM Leuven is currently looking for a dedicated administrative assistant to help our Environmental Consultants with clerical and administrative processes for exciting projects in the environmental sector.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

  •  Supporting the Environmental Department in the Benelux with admin matters such as creating purchase orders, data entry, maintaining forms and spreadsheets.
  •  Dealing with information requests, access to databases and information systems.
  •  Organizing of agenda and of meetings.
  •  Maintaining and following up actions for the Environmental team.

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 3 years working experience, preferably in an administrative, secretarial or office management role.
  • You have an eye for detail and maintain a high level of quality.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Highly proficient with modern electronics office automation tools in particular Microsoft Office suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree is an advantage
  • Fluent French language skills are nice to have
  • Familiarity or affinity with Environmental projects is a distinct advantage (biology, geology, ecology, sustainability, etc)
